APPRENTISSAGE DE L'ÉMETTEUR AU RÉCEPTEUR

1 - Les commutateurs DIP de confidentialité de l'émetteur sont préréglés en usine. Régler les quatre commutateurs DIP de l'émetteur pour sélectionner un code de sécurité.

2 - Placez l'interrupteur coulissant du récepteur sur la position « À DISTANCE ». À l'aide d'un petit tournevis ou de l'extrémité d'un trombone, appuyez doucement sur le bouton « LEARN » du récepteur et maintenez-le enfoncé pour accepter le code de sécurité de l'émetteur lors de la première utilisation. Lorsque vous relâchez le bouton, le récepteur émet trois bips sonores.

3 - Après trois bips sonores, appuyez sur le bouton marche/arrêt de l'émetteur et relâchez-le immédiatement. Le récepteur émettra plusieurs bips sonores indiquant que le code a été accepté.

Remarque : si la correspondance échoue dès la première tentative, veuillez répéter les étapes 1 à 3.

I have had to replace several of these fireplace remotes and control boxes over the last five years. This new version of the remote seems more robust v previous versions. Will post back here if it last more than 2 years this time.

Easy if you're replacing an existing

Existing remote for the fireplace was dropped on hard floor and broke. Had to buy the whole system, can't get remote only. Best price was Amazon. Easy to install if you see how the existing was hooked up.

Good Advice: Make sure batteries in the correct way in both receiver and remote

Good Advice: I had the Skytech remote and receiver. Dropped the remote once and it broke. Checked into Skytech replacement and would have been up to $200+ to get system and service call. Decided to try The-New-Style version for $63. Replaced the receiver which was able to turn the fireplace off and on. Then tried to pair with the remote and originally did not work. ADVICE...please ensure that the batteries are placed correctly into the receiver. I realized that one was in the wrong way...it still started the fireplace but not to pair the remote. Once, I had put the batteries in correctly, I was able to pair with the remote the first try. Glad I checked...was not wanting to pay the high cost.
