RCB06S Latching Solenoid / Servo Motor Fireplace Remote Kit

ON/HI & LO/OFF SERVO CONTROL: Control a compatible gas fireplace or gas log set using two clearly marked buttons. ON/HI moves the servo toward the high setting, while LO/OFF moves it toward the low or off setting. The remote’s LED lights up when a button is pressed to show that a signal is being sent. The receiver provides ON, REMOTE and OFF positions for manual or remote operation. Low batteries and metal enclosures can reduce wireless range.

FACTORY PRE-PAIRED FOR EASY SETUP: The remote and receiver arrive paired. With the appliance off and cool, connect the receiver’s black and red wires to the matching servo-motor terminals as shown in the manual. Install batteries, slide the receiver switch to REMOTE, and test ON/HI and LO/OFF operation. Use LEARN only if re-pairing is needed or you change the DIP-switch security code. Choose from 16 codes and use different settings for multiple systems nearby.

BATTERY POWER & INCLUDED ACCESSORIES: Requires 2 AAA alkaline batteries for the remote and 4 AA alkaline batteries for the receiver. Batteries are not included. Comes with the remote, receiver, white receiver wall plate with slide button, remote wall clip, 18-inch quick-disconnect wiring assembly, mounting screws, wall anchors and instructions. Use fresh alkaline batteries, as the receiver supplies power to the valve’s servo motor.

COMPATIBILITY & MODEL REFERENCES: Designed for matching 4.5–6V DC, reversing-polarity HI/LOW servo-motor valve systems. Servo-control references include Skytech MRCK (SR-1001) and MRCK TH (SR-1001TH). Confirm the valve’s electrical requirements, wiring and connector fit before selecting a replacement. Use the supplied remote and receiver together. This model provides manual control only and does not retain thermostat functions from a previous remote.

ATTENTION — VALVE TYPE & SAFE USE: This powered receiver is for matching servo-motor valve systems, not standard millivolt TH/TP-TH connections. Do not connect the receiver to 110–120V AC power. Confirm suitability separately for latching-solenoid valves. Follow both installation manuals, protect the receiver from excess heat, and keep the fireplace attended during use. Turn the appliance and receiver OFF when leaving it unattended.
